So I roll into this place with my car making a noise that sounded like a raccoon was hosting a rave under the hood. I’m already sweating because I know nothing about cars except that the gas goes in the back and the steering wheel is not optional.I explain the noise using interpretive dance and some questionable sound effects. The guy behind the desk just nods like he's Dr. Dolittle but for engines. They take my car back, and I sit there sipping burnt coffee, bracing for the worst — like "you need a new engine, new tires, and possibly a new soul."Twenty minutes later, they come back looking concerned… and then hand me keys to a brand new car. They said, “Listen, we took a vote. Your last car was so tragic we couldn't, in good conscience, let you drive away in it. It’s now a museum piece titled ‘How Is This Still Running?’” So 10/10 service and I love driving around in my new car.
